What I'm afraid of?

Prologue

I was visiting my friend today, he has been really sick, like me.
He brought to my attention something what I already knew, but it was good to hear that from somebody else.

He said to me that I have been burning people out.
He meant our friends who we know, they are really really intelligent but un-educated individuals.
We all have many things common, but not all. Of this group I'm most educated & experienced with working life.

My background of my B2B sales is something what thought me a lot, and also made me "famous" in Finland of what I do.
When I've been traveling in the world (or even inside Finland), places like India, Austria (last trips). I every time met many people and 99% of those people who I met liked me a lot.

I speak with people many times even I do not know them before, and there lies a bit of a danger of being miss understood. Luckily not everybody get's me wrong, but it could create a lot's of confusion.

If I may quote one of the greatest minds of what we know in history, Albert Einstein.
He had theory what goes something like this:

"When computers replaces the social interaction we will have generation of idiots"

This in this sentence / context will not open the thought basically at all, so I will explain my theory about this.

Information + market forces + all the others pieces of the puzzle creates a big picture.
If we think globally and locally. We have two layers what are quite big already, but these combined also creates more puzzles that meats the eye right away.

We have big and small companies and lot's of international and local laws what people needs to obeyed, of course. They need to be part of the society in some way to interact with each other.
Something what reflects every "time" of our thoughts and behaviour, is music. Music is like a time capsule what shows that particular time's unique features.

Because of the different education levels of people understanding this type of big issues might be hard.
This also affects to those people who are actually making decisions of big masses, I must say at this point that I do not envy them, because it is so huge responsibility and affects so many lives at the same time. I think that it is REALLY scary.

Imagine even a small country like Finland, only 5-6 million people living here but still we have problems what many of the people can not do anything about. For this there is many many reasons, what I can not describe here.
One of the biggest problems what I see in our society (internationally) is basic things what somebody already has written almost 2000 years ago, we need to care our closest people and "obey" the ten commands of bible.

Do not steal, do not kill, etc.

Just really basic instructions of life, now we get to the cultural parts of this.
Because I'm well experienced & trained salesman I have also theory of different religions. Mostly because I've been really interested of different religions all my life, and also studied these different religions in school to understand them more.

Traveling in India was really interesting because I spend most of my time with muslims, I did not actually meet very many hindus over there, but I don't mind, those hindus what I met was really great people.
But I don't see any difference between muslim, hindu, christian, atheist, asatru, pagan religions (old finnish & Skandinavian religions, also natives; Australia, America)

When I was in Kashmir, somebody asked me have I ever thought to start teaching, or convert to muslim.
The situation was not dangerous to me in any way, but because there was people who I did not know from a longer time, I moved my standing position from next to other person to place where I felt more neutral.

It was quite scary moment for me, because I always have tried to remain religiously neutral because I saw that that is only way how I can prevent not offending anyone.
Those who knows even a bit of history, religions is one of the things what have caused a lot's of bad things because there was people who maybe did not understand their actions reactions.
I mean crusades and all the other big catastrophic things what some people have made.

I hope this kind of history will not repeat it self never, because we need to even try to understand people who might be living other side of the world and never seen before.

In most cases, what I have observed my self and other people, we take pre-assumptions of things.
We have an image / thought what we see in our mind what is based on our knowledge and experience of things, some cases that can be wrong. Some times not.

The difficulty of internet & having all this information available to us is that the youngest people who has "computer phones" - does not understand what they might see or hear over the internet.
Social applications are good, and fun. But also they are something what we should use responsibly.
One of the people who I actually met only once but I consider to be good friend of mine, has some kind of problems what I've got.

Sometimes when I see his Facebook updates I might get worried because I can not see that guy and see my self how bad condition he might be at the time when he posted that "thing".
I know him better to know that all what he posts is not taking side of anything, he just expressed his own feelings in sarcastic way.

I think his friends knows this but they also replies quite similar way (I think, I don't know for sure).
This is some kind of social problem what we are facing in this generation and century.
Daniel Goleman has wrote at least two really good books of Social intelligence.

I lended two of his books in 2012 December - November.
I was doing some research for one meeting in my working place. Sales strategy and goals of this year.

Me and my boss had a bit of history between us, so I wanted to express him what I thought of him. (Maybe stupid way to express that to him, but he got my point at the time).

What happened was that I almost got fired (with a reason), but I managed to survive the situation and I also had to check my own attitudes to this man, or working place.
We dealt with the problems and proceeded on our meeting, and the whole company (really small one) was starting to work to one goal.
About one month after, I went back to my boss. And told him that if he wants, this company could achieve it's sales goal in 6 months.
And that could be doubled in 12 months time.
The starting point was 750, I calculated that with small adjustments it could do 1,25.

His answer was "I make the strategical decisions here". How understandable, but he did not know that I was not going to make any kind of changes of his strategy.
I would just suggest him small thing what would make us all (mostly him) really happy and also help that company to grow.

Very shortly after, I quitted there because I did not like that guy. He have been screwing me over and over and over again, not in big things. But small things.
Anyway I wish him best in life.

Business is something what is really hard, and harsh world. Everybody WANTS MORE MORE and more.
It is quite understandable that in some point some things needs to change, if the company want's to grow.
This is become the market forces moves quickly and every business man tries to do the same thing. MONEY.

What a false "god" that is. Money is really important to every one of us, it is a system created long time a go to create order where was chaos.
We need to have currency, but it is not that simple.
European Union and Euro, is something what I consider to be good in the way.
I don't need to have 10 - 15 different currencies if I travel across the Europe.
It is convenient but costly system in many ways, but I do not give any critic to that right now.

I wanted to write this thing today, because I felt I have enough energy to do this.
