Legend number four is true after all and I have to take my words back…all the colors are finally gone from Moscow. Flown down from the drain along with the rain that has been going on for days now, it´s gray and gloomy everywhere and it´s hard to tell where does the sky begin and the grey buildings begin…We finally took the gym, thanks to this hideous weather, and I dont even dare to say out loud how much did it cost. The prices in here are something that goes just beyond my understanding. And the main thing is not what the gym can offer but again, where is it. If you have to take a metro or a car; forget it, its just too far. So, this one is in a building almost next to us, where our landlady lives. It takes about seven minutes to walk and the place is plainly put nice. But it´s totally empty!!These people here, they pay these ridiculous prices and then they come there every once and a while just to show up or do a manicure or hairdo….When I went there and wanted to actually use the included doctor´s consultation and get a program for a gym, they did not know what to do at first. There is ten people standing during the day and doing nothing…and when you go to a aerobic, two person is a group…When I really start to use it after a consultation they might think I´m a problem customer, I am after all using those fancy design machines that shines so nicely!
The business lunch the other day went quite well considering that it took place in a Utsbekhistan restaurant and I had to eat lamb and horse. I have eaten both before but together I think it was too much meet…and that horse. Well, this time it kind of looked like a ….horse. Even after a pile of onion it tried to kick its way back and I felt like it was whining in my stomach. And in order to keep it there I had to take a zip of that dreadful white whine which made sure that the pure horse was silenced for good. The lamb was served in a soup and was difficult to eat without splashing it everywhere because everything in that soup was in a one piece…and of course I had a white t-shirt…the only decent one. Lucky me, I did not have to silence the lamb too, the whine was THAT bad, believe me. I have plenty of homework for tomorrow, from Russian and I have to admit that I´m not that keen on doing them that I thought I was. Maybe I thought that the words just are stuck in my head and no that much work is needed when I have a teacher. Well, I was wrong. I still cant pronounce those letters right….and my face keeps doing these expressions while trying that its hard to stay serious. Ok, time to do something useful, Sauerkraut is in China and I have plenty of his paperwork to do also…I´m not going to have a boring week, that´s for sure. There is four different kind of swimming pools in that gym and five saunas, a Finnish one also and I havent tried that yet.
