Huomasin tuossa viime viikolla, että lempparibändini Kumikameli ja maailman paras keikkabändi Eläkeläiset esiintyvät Jyväskylässä. Viikko oli ollut rankka, mutta mieli olisi tehnyt lähteä Jyväskylään. Niinpä päätin motivoida itseäni ja luottaa kohtaloon: laitoin PTFU:n FB-sivuille tällaisen viestin:

Siis vaikka väsytti, minun oli pakko lähteä matkaan perjantaina. Lähdetään sitten Jyväskylään, hitto soikoon!

Koska olen aika porvari, päätin majottautua hotellihuoneeseen. Mikäs sen paremmin sopii yhteen kuin ug-bändit ja hotellissa yöpyminen? Ei mikään. Minulle jäi onneksi pitkästä matkasta huolimatta hiukan aikaa valmistautua, ja päätin pukeutua vähän kasarihevin henkeen.

Minimoin tavaramäärän, joten siksi kuvat on otettu kännykkäkameralla. Pahoittelen siis laatua, mutta tunnelmahan se tärkein on, ja sitä näissä kuvissa piisaa.

Kumikameli oli yhtä hyvä kuin aina ennenkin, mutta taivas varjele mitkä esiintymisasut! Meinasi ihan pikkarit lentää lavalle. Mutta koska olen jo kerran heittänyt pikkari (XXXL-kokoiset) Eläkeläisille, en kehdannut enää - Eläkeläisissä ja Kumikamelissahan siis on melkein samat henkilöt. Olisivat luulleet stalkkeriksi!

Kumikameli soitti melko lyhyen keikan, sillä pitihän potkupuvut vaihtaa pukuun Eläkeläisten keikkaa varten. Änkesin tietysti lavan eteen, kunnes olin saanut niin paljon turpaani, että siirryin suosiolla takariviin. Eläkeläisten keikoilla meno on ihan hullua!

Jos kuvittelit mosh pitin olevan rankkaa jossain Slayerin keikalla, kokeilepas Eläkeläisiä. Ihmiset ovat pukeutuneet pappa-asuihin, koko baari tanssii letkajenkkaa ja kaikki ovat niin hirveässä humalassa, että kun Onni Waris hakkaa sähköurut kappaleiksi ja heittää ne palavana yleisön sekaan, ihmiset hurraavat ja yrittävät napata itselleen osia muistoksi. Krhm, allekirjoittaneella on myös palanen Wariksen uruista... Muistakaahan Eläkeläisten Donate Organ -kampanja: jos teillä lojuu jossain ylimääräisiä sähköurkuja, niitä voi aina lahjoittaa parempaan käyttöön.

Ilma oli kurja ja sateinen, mutta se ei haitannut kaupungista fiilistelyä! Jyväskylä oli kyllä todella kaunis paikka, täytyy myöntää. Tässä olen Arman-hengessä ihmettelemässä Jykylän kävelykadulla: NÄÄ IHMISET ELÄÄ NÄIN - JOKA PÄIVÄ!

Sitten törmäsin tällaisiin paikkoihin, joista oli pakko saada kuva. Minulla taitaa olla ystäviä Keski-Suomessa! Jotkut tietää, jotkut ei! T. MRV

Päivä oli rankka mutta mielettömän kiva. Lopulta oli ihanaa päästä hotellihuoneen jättimäiseen sänkyyn. Vaikka sänky olikin todella pehmeä eli huono. "Pehmeä sänky" kuulostaa unelmalta, mutta futonilla nukkuvalle se merkitsee selkäsärkyä ja huonoja unia.

Seuraavana päivänä seikkailin hiukan kaupungilla, mutta lähdin ajoissa (vielä valoisalla) kohti koti-Turkua.

Täytyy sanoa, että Jyväskylä, yllätit minut! Vielä viime kesänä haukuin tätä Keski-Suomen Venetsiaa katkerana, koska liikennejärjestelyt olivat sekavat minun ja Somen ihanimman muijan ajaessa kaupungin ohi kohti Sukevaa. Kiitoksia kivasta reissusta :)
