Rainy, rainy, rainy… The big Metropolis is flooded. I have no idea why this happens. I mean: this country’s weather have ALWAYS been like this, specially in this part of the country. So, why didn’t they build the city with a better draining system? Don’t try to understand Brazilian administration. I’ll be fluent in Finnish language way before really figure out how anything works, here.
