Tonight

I rip off my armor and
spread my wings eyes closed.
Sensing the wind I
take off above the clouds,
where the dusk keeps kissing the dawn
and sun never sets.

Wings strike the air,
push it hard while
my journey passes the present.

The wind deafening my ears and
iced draught scratching my hips.

Deeper.

To the moment I claw
the skin of your back.
